When will my order arrive?
We pack and dispatch orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm, or on the weekend or Bank Holidays, go out on the next working day.
We send orders by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within 2–3 working days of dispatch. As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll email you with tracking details.
Ordering for Christmas?
We’ll post our last order dates for Christmas delivery here in November.
Ready to give
Our bulldog clips arrive in a hessian gift pouch tied with kraft twine, and our cheese pins, cheese mice and knives come gift boxed. If you’d like items packed separately to give to different people, just add a note at checkout.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email us at info@littlefarmgifts.com with your order number and we’ll put it right with a replacement or a refund. If you notice a mistake in your delivery address, email us straight away and we’ll do our best to correct it before your order is dispatched.
