Changed your mind?
You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging (including the hessian pouch or gift box) so that we can sell them again.
- Email us at info@littlefarmgifts.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply within 1 working day with our returns address.
- Post your return within 14 days of letting us know. We recommend a tracked service, and please keep your proof of postage. Return postage is your responsibility.
Your refund
We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, or of receiving proof that you’ve posted it, whichever is sooner. The money goes back to your original payment method, although your bank may take a few more days to show it.
If you return your whole order within 14 days of delivery, we’ll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. If an item comes back used or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item?
We’re sorry. Email info@littlefarmgifts.com with your order number and a photo, ideally within 7 days of delivery so we can sort it quickly. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including the original delivery charge, and we’ll cover any cost of sending the item back.

Want a different word, mouse or colour? The quickest way is to return the item as above and place a new order. If you’d rather swap, email us and we’ll arrange it.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and doesn’t affect them.
